HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently operating with premade stock ONLY, please keep an eye on our Instagram for updates as to when we will reopen MADE TO ORDER/ CUSTOM.

Any PREMADE/ READY TO BUY items will be dispatched on the next post day which is displayed in our announcement banner (NEXT POST DATE MONDAY 5TH OCTOBER)  - premade items have 'PREMADE' at the bottom of the product description and start of product title.

All MADE TO ORDER and CUSTOM ORDERS will take up to 12 working days to be dispatched (check product captions) - depending on waiting list times/ whether fabrics need to be ordered in. Please remember that postage times are on-top of processing times.
Just pop us an email if you are unsure whether an item would arrive for when needed. It is possible to have items made with a faster turnaround, but only if discussed prior to ordering.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

We have 2 UK Delivery options. Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For is £4 and takes 3-5 working days to arrive after dispatch.
The other UK option is Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for. This service takes 1-2 working days to arrive and costs £4.50.
Please note: deliveries sometimes take longer during busy periods.

IMPORTANT: WE CANNOT TAKE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS (E.G. LEAVE IN PORCH), ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY SO THEY MUST BE COLLECTED FROM A SORTING OFFICE IF NO ONE IS HOME - LOOK OUT FOR THE RED CARD.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

EUROPE - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - £12 (takes approx 5-7 working days after dispatch)
REST OF WORLD - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - £18.68 (takes approx 7-10 working days after dispatch)
Any customs fees or extra costs incurred are liable to be paid by the customer, we will not reimburse this.

HOW LONG WILL INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TAKE?

From the date of dispatch it typically takes up to 2 weeks for the order to reach your destination. However please allow up to 4 weeks before getting in contact as hold ups can occur with overseas delivery. All international orders will receive a tracking number upon dispatch, so please make sure you track your parcel before emailing!

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

From time to time, orders can get lost in the post whilst handled by Royal Mail. Proof of postage receipts are retained from all orders, therefore if you have received a dispatch email and its been two weeks and you have still not received the parcel, please email. We are not responsible for immediately reimbursing funds if this happens, however we will help get in contact with Royal Mail and resolve this issue for you as quickly as possible.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY

If you decide you would like to return any PREMADE items, check product captions to find which are premade or chose the 'Premade' option from the products menu, (that MUST be in a resale-able, unworn condition, with all tags and labels still attached), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to notify us of this/ obtain the return post address. The customer is responsible for covering any return postage costs. The item MUST arrive back to us within 14 days after you receive your order. A refund will be processed within 7 working days, minus the initial postage charge paid. 
Please note, we have the right to refuse any items returned in a damaged or worn condition (or with tags removed) and will not be able to return refused items to you, so please make sure you only return qualifying items. They must be in a fit state to be resold.
 
We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on any MADE TO ORDER or CUSTOM items due to the custom, made to order nature of the products. These items are EXCHANGE ONLY (can be exchanged for the same item in a new size/ free alterations).
However, if an item arrives and unfortunately does not fit, please email using the 'contact' page, we are able to exchange for a different size. We can make one alteration / new size free of charge. Providing the item is of a brand new, unworn condition, we will happily exchange for you. Return cost will be at the customers expense, however the delivery of the new size garment will be covered by us. In exceptional circumstances, we can exchange for a new product of the same value, excluding custom orders which are alteration only.
You MUST have returned any exchanges/refund items within 14 days of receiving your order, otherwise an exchange/ refund will not be possible.
SALE/ SAMPLE SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE/ NON EXCHANGEABLE.



FREE UK POSTAGE OVER £75 & FREE INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE OVER £150:

If your order amounts to £75 or more your order is legible to receive FREE UK 2ND CLASS SIGNED FOR POSTAGE. No code is required, this option will appear at checkout. Please note this is our slower service, if you require a quicker service, it has to be paid for. No cash alternatives.
If your international order is over £150, your order is legible to receive FREE Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed postage. No code required, the option will appear at checkout. Please note, we are not responsible for ANY customs/ duty fees incurred when the parcel enters your home country. All fees are liable to be paid by the customer.  No cash alternatives.
